15 year old motocross racer

I race motocross during the summer and I need to lose weight and get in shape. I weight 249lbs and am 5'11" I would like to lose about 35lbs???
and I do not have access to a gym



where should I start???

Start with your diet...

You are one large 15 year old. What are you eating? Smaller 15 year olds? Just kidding.

Best way to lose weight is a healthy diet and running. Run brotha run.

Start doing bodyweight exercises 3 times per week to get started and clean up your diet.

Squats
push ups
pull ups
supermans
chinnies
burpees

Do 3 sets of each of these on Mon,wed and fri and do some light jogging 2 times per week preferably on tues and saturday.

If you cant do many reps of any of these exercises use easier versions like on your knees for push ups.
