15 year old MMA fighter needs weight

I am 15 years old, 6 feet tall.. and weigh 135 pounds.
My muscle tone is hulk-like and I am very Strong.
I eat alot of food, I eat fats sugars.. you name it. alot.
But I just can't gain weight.
Also I'm a mma fighter.
Help?
 
Eating more chicken can help you gain.

I'm also having that problem! I have essentially the same build as you but in a 16 year old 5'7'' version. I'm not an MMA fighter, I'm just a kid that likes to stay in shape. I weigh 138 and I continue to lose weight which is much to my disliking. I have been eating tons of protein through chicken, beef and protein bars and I have been working out almost everyday and I cant gain any more visible muscle mass than I already have.

How can I gain more muscle mass, keep my weight even and still stay, slim and retain my 6 pack?

well its bad to train everyday because mscles only grow when you rest. so train 4 days a week or below..
atleast have 3 days rest like on tues, thurs and sunday.

Well if you want mass, weight lifting will get you some. I don't really recommend protein bars as they are full of fats that you don't need if you're trying to keep that 6 pack.

Start yourself a weight lifting routine you are comfortable with. Take multivitamins and continue to eat your beef and chicken.
 
yea guys i have the same problem. I'm 17, i have a skinny body frame, im about 5'9" and i weigh 153 lbs. but i cant gain any more weight and im also an mma fighter
