well its bad to train everyday because mscles only grow when you rest. so train 4 days a week or below..I'm also having that problem! I have essentially the same build as you but in a 16 year old 5'7'' version. I'm not an MMA fighter, I'm just a kid that likes to stay in shape. I weigh 138 and I continue to lose weight which is much to my disliking. I have been eating tons of protein through chicken, beef and protein bars and I have been working out almost everyday and I cant gain any more visible muscle mass than I already have.
How can I gain more muscle mass, keep my weight even and still stay, slim and retain my 6 pack?
