15 year old looking for workout plan

Im 15 years old i have a tredmill and a weight bench looking to try to get in shape. I weigh around 135.lb im about 5'5". The only problem is i got like 2 1/2 weeks to push myself because Basketball try outs. I dont kno if anyone knows a good plan for me. The main thing im looking to do is work on my cardio and to tone my upper body muscle. The only thing i ever do is like throw a set of 10 110lb reps on the bench and then im done. Really if anyone could help and list a comment on to help me that would be awsome.

This plan would be over a period of time not the 2 1/2 weeks before tryouts. I mentioned that because i cant go in there the way i am now.

I wouldn't recommend starting a new training program 2.5 weeks before tryouts. It could hurt your performance there. Basketball is a lower body dominant sport (not upper body), and you'd be better served with plyos than other forms of cardio. Even once you make the team, the program you come up with NOW might not be consistent with your practice schedule and training routine related to the sport (when you make the team, of course).

What are you going to be tested on at tryouts? If you want to jump start "getting in shape" now, I'd make that my focus. Things like forward and backwards sprinting on the court (with and without dribbling). Create your own "drills" that involve shooting, jumping, and rebounding. You can do this with a drive-way hoop or at the park.
