15 year old looking for lose weight and tone body

I am a 15 year old girl who weights 132 lbs. I am 5 feet 4.5 . I dont play much sports. I have access of a pair of weights and that's pretty much all . Im in high school so i come home at 3:00 pm . I just wonder if anyone can teach me how to exercise to tone up my body and my flatten my tummy . I also need to lost 10 lbs . Please give me a good set of exercise and the best time to do it and how long i have to do it for . Thank you !
