15 year old looking for exercise program

Hi,I want to start building up a bit of muscle around my body, but don't want to stop growing in heigh or weight. What exercises would you recommend and diet.

I want to mainly build up my arms, chest and abs.

15 1/2 years old
5ft 6 (want to grow more)
51kg. (put some more weight on)

I've got weights and an exercise ball.


Looking for training and eating program that would suit me.

oh ok. I've currently been doing weights. I was told working on my biceps wont affect my height. Been doing straight half arm lifts. 12-15 sets of 15 reps a day.6kg.
 
Well i done 7kg. 6 sets of 20 reps today.

Also i've been eating rice, potatoes and meat before training. Drinking milk during training and eating eggs and meat after training and other stuff. I've also been eating chocolate but am not sure if i should be. The only reason i am is because one bar has around 220 calories.

Is there anything wrong with what i am doing and could i do anymore with my diet.

Are there any other exercises i can be doing.
 
i was thinking on doing some exercises to build my triceps and shoulders. is there any you would recommend that would fit in with my current routine. Thanks
 
well i've been doing this for a while now and have upped the weights to 8kg 7 sets of 15. I am determined to carry on. Can anyone give me an tips on any more exercises with weights as currently i am only working on my biceps which only looks good. What's the best exercises for triceps and lower shoulder.
