Alright, I'm a 15 year old teen looking for some good exercise routines for myself.
I weigh 115 lbs at 5'6". I am NOT big. I have gym access and I do run somewhere between 10-15 miles per week.
I would love to gain muscle tone and better abs. I do not want to get huge, but an increase in muscle mass would also be nice. Would anybody be willing and able to help me string together a series of good workouts in order to help me reach my goals?
P.S. I eat VERY healthy. Almost no junk foods and lots of fruits and a moderate amount of vegetables.
