15 y/o Weight Gain help!!!!

Hi I'm Brandon, I'm 15 goin on 16 and my height is 5'11. I weigh 140 pounds and am looking to get my weight up to around 160. I would like to try and have that weight around half way through the upcoming school year, that way I would be ready for rugby. Can someone please help me getting started, on like what should I eat, how much I should eat, what kind of workouts I should be doing ect..?
