i have been told by my coach that i am to light for my position (hooker) and need to bulk up to roughly 75kg i currently weigh 60kg and am 5'5 so i need help on what i need to eat and excersises to do at the gym.
i currently go to the gym on monday for 80 minutes,tuesday i do 2 hours of fitness training for rugby ie; Tire sprints, parachute sprints and figure of 8's, Wednsday is the same as monday, thursday is tackle and technique training for examples scrumaging and other physically demanding activities, friday nothing, saturday is game day ' sunday recovery,
i can also go to the gym in the mornings of tuesday and thursday for 1 hour as it is on school grounds.
just a casualy balanced diet with the use of synca 2 protein supplement.
any help is appreciated
