Hydroxycut is terrific stuff. For the manufacturer. It makes them very rich. It takes your money and pis*ses it away.

Do some searching on the site, Full Body Workouts (yes believe it or not one of the best ways to lose weight is to lift weights!) Monitor your diet, throw out the junk food, fast food, sodas. It's all been said here a thousand times.....start searching, read the stickies!!!

I totally agree with dougp25 here, dont waste time on diet pills like hydroxycut.
Weight training is an excellent way to lose fat. think about it this way: A large strong engine(your muscle mass) burns more fuel (calories) then a small one. that doest mean you should'nt do cardio, usually a combination is optimal.
Also a long term change in diet and lifestyle to go with it is the only thing that helps.
Supplements is big bussiness and marketing is easy cause it's such an emotional subject, however, don't believe the hype!

OK first step is to completly change your diet. Type in the mediterrainian diet in google to get an idea of where to start.

Diet AND exercise is key. Of course resistance training will help to. Do you have access to a stationary bike? Key is for exercise, start slowly and progressively increase duration and intensity.

Again, you need to eat a proper healthy diet, no fad diets. Results will be a little slower but the most important thing is that you wont regain your weight.
