hey. i am 14 turning 15 in november, 111 lb and about 5'6. in my high school, i'm not having gym this semester and i don't play any sports. i was just wondering if i could get a workout routine to build my muscle all around. i have access to my dad's weight room which has a tredmile, and some weights. i also have a bit of acess to the work out room at my school which has weights, and some other equipment that i dont know what they are called because i'm not that much of a sport/boby-builder type person. anyways if you need any more info or something just post the question. thanks for reading and helping.
