Sport 15, wants to get fitter

hey, im 15, 5 foot 11, and about 10 stone, any basic tips on what i s hould be eating to help me get fitter, i do alot of physical activity in the day so exersice isnt really a problem
 
so 140 pounds...that's skinny for 5'11"

you want to get more fit...but what does that MEAN? do you want more muscles? do you want to be stronger? do you want to compete in a tri-athlon?
 
Run, push-ups, sit-ups, hang-ups, walk long marches with load on your back etc.. You can buy books about military fitness, they give excellent tips on how to develop stamina and strength
