15 lbs. to go

I'm going to try keeping a short journal based on my weight loss progress, as per this discussion. Right now, I am 6'1", 210 lbs. Ideally, I want to reach around 195 or 190, depending on when the visible body fat disappears. My ideal weight is only an approximation based on what I see in the mirror, so it may be slightly more or less, depending on how things develop. (this is taking into consideration that I also do some light weight-lifting)

Right now, I'm going to catch up on rest, as I've been over-doing it a bit today. I'll plan out a meal schedule tomorrow, and post more information about it later.
 
Today was a bit depressing. I just woke-up after having slept through pretty much the entire day. (was extremely tired) I also binged a bit, because I didn't have anything good stocked. I had a couple of "cereal bars," which are supposedly real fruit and granola. They were 120 calories each. Then, I had peanut butter on a bagel. The bagel was about 210 calories, and the peanut butter, 200. Lastly, I had a baked potato. About 128 there. So, total...

Good calories - 128
Bad calories - 650

Grah... I doubt I'll eat for the rest of the day, now.
 
Just one thing you might want to know... extreme undereating causes hair loss. Going under a 1500 hardcap as a male is not the best idea for a variety of more compelling reasons, but that one is always appealing ^-^
 
I had a turkey sandwhich and a few pretzels later. Maybe 380 calories total.

I feel quite slobbish now. I can't forcably eat, and then deal with the guilt and depression afterwards.
