14yr old looking to get in better shape

Hey guys im nick im 14 I wrestle for my school im gunna be a freshman and ive been injured for the past couple of months broken elbo and I was attacked by a 150 pound dog he tore mucle out of my forarm well from my injurys Ive gained a 15 pounds when I was first injured I was 108 now im 123. I have just bought the "everlast inflatable ab toner " I was wondering what workouts do you guys permit to do as im tryingto gain my ripped six pack back thank you also id like to be back in the 103-108 weight class also im 5'3

Get the cardio going, hit the sit up's hard and just keep a healthy diet man. I'd also suggest some light lifting, this will tone you up and also give you some extra strength for the upcoming season. This should improve your current situation, I would work you injured area's as well to build up strength, just to get them ready for the season. I've wrestled myself, and have had my elbow's twisted in a lot of akward ways you don't need it hurt again! Hope this helps
 
hey I'm 14 and has spent the last two years out due to a broken colarbone, torn tendon and various pulled muscles, (good old rugby :p) so I know where you're coming from.
I would recommend doing some cardio, just some running and a load of exercises which you can find on this website, I find jacknifes are espicially brutal on the abs front
