Welcome to the forum and good luck with your goals.

Okay, the breakdown. You have 8 months left to lose 60 lbs which comes out to 7.5 per month. On the average, if you can lose 1.5-2 lbs a week it's awesome. What you want to achieve is near perfection on weight loss. While it is not impossible, it is going to be difficult. Good luck and I am cheering for you!!! Hit your goal or not, a few things: 1) give it your best all the time, 2) Stay the course even though difficult times, 3) after you achieve that goal, maintain it. First step, believe in yourself that you can do it. Then, put together an action plan on what is necessary (think sacrifices) for you to achieve it. Finally, execute the plan.
