Hello. I am new to the forum and although I may find help elsewhere here, I thought I would ask the question while providing more specific information about myself.
I am a 14yr old girl...5'6", 125lbs and feel that I put on some extra weight over the past several months. I play soccer at a very high level on a Regional level and hopefully one day on a National level.
I am now in-season and here is what I am currently doing...
1 game per week
2 practices per week
2 one hour speed/agility trainings
I would like to improve my fitness and reduce the risk of injuries through some core training. At home, I have access to a tread mill, elipitical machine and weights. What can I do on my own at home to help in these areas?
