14 Years Old - Skinny Body

Hey. First of all, thanks for reading. Now what I'm trying to do is get a skinny figure, running down skinny from the head to the feet, so when your going down, it's just a flat line, no curves or anything at all (from the back of course). I want something like this:



You looking skinny when you have pecs & abs underneath it all. I have a bit of man boobs too I would like to get rid of (embarrassed to say). If you can help me with that too.

I would like if someone possibly gave me a workout schedule or something.
 
What sort of figure you're aiming at?
Is it slim, lean figure or skinny ribs sticking-out through the chest thin?
Also, do you want to increase your fitness, for example running and be lean as well?
Being fit is important as well, running (shorter distance as you are still young) and cycling. Doing these will trim you down and increase fitness

Your a young guy and just starting out. You want big and lean...well....you have A LOT of time to get there. Do it safely and wisely. Here are some tips to help you out:

To get big you must eat big: For you this means making sure to eat properly during the times alloted to you. A good breakfast, good lunch, a good snack and a good dinner. Eat whole food protein with each meal. Eat all your veggies. Carb load during the day.

Learn the basic movements before lifting heavy: Can't stress this enough. You must learn the proper form for the primal movements (Squat, Lunge, Pushup, Chinup, Dip (later on deadlift)). If you can't do a few of these yet, break down the movement (example: a chinup -- do negative (down portion) chinups or chinup holds)

Participate in a sport or two. This is where "you get your hands wet" playing sports either at school, community, church, boys girls club WHATEVER JUST PLAY.
Your rep range for exercises is 6-12 and 2-4 sets. This is the proven way a beginner gets conditioned and builds mass.

I'm not really trying to get "big".

Can anybody suggest a schedule for a flat chest and skinny legs to above? I can work on the abs myself. A nice set of things to do would be nice. A set number, etc. Only things I have is an Ab-Lounge and a floor. I have weights (only two 15 pound dumbbells), but I'm not trying to get big, just skinny. I'm 14 years old, around 5" 9' and 149-150 pounds.
