14 year old.

Hi i'm 14, 5'9 and about 110 pounds. I'm very skinny if you couldnt tell. I just started doing a workout routine and wanted to know if it was any good:

Tuesday- 3 sets of 10 reps- 20 lb weights
Wednesday- Squats- 3 sets of 15 reps -Tricep dips- 3 sets of 12 reps
Thursday- 20 situps, 10 push ups, 5 pulls ups (On my trusty iron gym)

All other days i spend at least half an hour outside playing basketball. I have no problem with completley changing my plans if you think this is not effective. Fell free to comment on me but dont be too harsh. Just reccomendation would be very nice

I'm in a similar situation to yourself, i am 15 years old and also 5'10 - i weigh 121 pounds (56kg).

I've been doing alot of workouts lately at home such as press ups, sit ups, crunches etc etc but still i haven't managed to put on any weight. However alot of people have advised me to start eating more, eat more calories and protien.
