14 year old

want to be a football player

i want to know what type of workout i should be doing if i want to play football during junior year. (currently a freshmen)
i currently weigh around 125 lbs. 5ft.5in. i do not want to take supplements to build up. also what should i be eating if i want to become a football player?

also what certain muscles groups should i bee working out?

IM not an expert but obviously your whole body.
A good exercise are dips, DB curls and pushups.
for legs do like squats.
