14 Year Old Workout Plan Help?

I am a 14 year old male and I weigh 137 lbs at 5'7. I have 14% body fat. I have a membership to a gym so I have the equipment. My question is, what workouts should I do, how many reps, and how many times a week. I want to train triceps, back, shoulders, legs, biceps, and abs.
 
Keep it light. Your body is still growing and you'll actually cause harm if you do too much. Just do 3 sets of 10 reps for a few years until you get older, then you can start doing really heavy lifting.
