14 Year Old Training Schedule

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums as you can see but would like to start working out as soon as possible. I am around 5-5 to 5-6, weigh roughly 100 pounds, and want to know what is a safe/reasonable workout schedule for me. I have periodic access to tennis courts (not a lot), am taking sculling in the fall, and can also do pushups/situps/running. Any help? Thanks.

P.S.- I am just starting to work out after being in pretty good shape as of january. Since then I've kind of just let things slide.

Thanks in advance, if possible I want to start working out tomorrow.
 
This is rather disheartening, I'm not one of those "Want to get abs quick" guys, I just want to be more fit to be able to play tennis, boat, and snowboard better, among other things. I just need a little shove in the right direction.
