14 year old need help losing weight

Hey everyone, im 14 and im trying to lose some weight along with my tummy. Im about 5'4ish and weight around 137-140 pounds. I have been going to the gym quite alot just never done cardio to try to lose weight it was always muscle. This past week i have been watching what i eat and running/walking on the treadmill with the thermal sweat suit for my upper body for about 30-50 minutes. In the morning i have some cereal with a coffee, lunch i have a sandwich, around 4 ish i have dinner with my family (usually it would be mashed potatoes, some vegetables, and meat) then ill have something to eat around 8 ish or so. During the the day ill have some healthy snack. What can i do to improve my weight loss, also im trying to lose my tummy in about a month if possible, will i succeed with this plan. Please help me
 
Azigzag, what are your portion sizes like? it would be a good idea to start a journal in the diary section to write down all your exercise and all your meals each day we can get a better idea of your normal routine and to help find ways to modify what your doing to achieve your goals.
