14 Year Old Mon-Sun Workout Plan; HELP!

Dear readers, I'm new to the forums, and I have been searching and searching for help and I am hoping this forum is finally a place where I can get some. So I have also been trying to make my own routine but it just frustrates me because I don't know what to do and what days to do it on, or when to take a rest day.

So I am 14, I have dumbbells up to 10 pounds, a resistance band and a treadmill. Also I play soccer, I have practice Tuesdays and Thursdays and track practice every day after school (Neither are super intense to me just more like warmups) when soccer is done and so is track I would like a replacement for them so I'm consistent. One more thing is I always hear not to do wait training at my age but I don't know if that is actually true or not so f anyone could help me with that I would be very appreciative.

The main areas I want to work and get toned are: my abdomen (my lower abdomen is my problem area), my chest, my triceps/biceps, and if anyone has any ideas on how to define my calves a little more then they already are. But anyways I would love a workout routine and if you can throw some cardio into the mix that would be awesome because I enjoy running its very relaxing to me.
