14 year old looking to lower his bf percentage

im 14 years old, male. i weigh around 133 lbs and i am 171cm tall and quite muscular. i dont know my current bf percentage but you can see my abs clearly when not tensed. however there is still quite a bit of remaining fat around there and other parts of the body and i am looking to get rid of this fat.
this what i plan to do to achieve this:
monday- hiit
tuesday-30 mins steady cardio+ bit of weights,situps etc
wednesday-hiit
thursday- 30 mins steady state cardio+ situps, pushups etc
friday-hiit
saturday-pushups and situps etc
sunday-rest
my diet will not have any junk food, unhealthy foods etc. i will eat 3 meals a day and 1 snack.


is this healthy/good for fat loss? advice would be helpful
 
Sounds like a solid exercise plan. Just remember to keep fat intake low and carb/protein intake high if you want a low body fat percentage. Continually push yourself while running or exercising in general if you want good bfp results. A solid bfp is 10 percent but I've been able to get mine down to around 5 so its definitely possible it just takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Keep doin what you're doin.
 
your on the right track my friend, instead of doing 30 mins of steady cardio, i would suggest doing some interval training, then i would hit the weights hard.
