14 Year old looking for workout guide

Hi all, new here.

I'm 14 years old, 126lbs and want to improve biceps/get abs, improve fitness and lose weight.

Can anyone recommend a guide that can cover: Food + diet, weekly plan
Running, overall fitness
Ab workouts

I'd also like to try gaining muscle, but I'm still 14 and average height, I don't to stunt my growth with weightlifting. Can anyone give me some advice on this?

Hi..New here too. Actually I want to recommend you New York Triathlon Expo. As you are too young and enthusiastic I think you should participate in workshops and events related to triathlon like this. there will be so much fun and professional coaches will be there to train you , they will guide you show you direction like on which part of your exercise you need to strong.
