14 year old looking for a plan

Im 14 years old and am 5 ' 9 and about 140 lbs and hate my body. Im a little on the chubby side i have love handles =( and want to change this. I need a good diet and work out plan. I have no access to a gym or equipment really but will do anything i need to, to lose weight and hopefully get some muscles and abs =)

As for diet......clean it up. Eat protein at every meal and veggies as often as you can. And when you think you have it dialed in...eat more veggies.

Eat eggs for breakfast. Cut out sweets. Drink water. A lot.
 
allright the first thing you want to start doing is start running or doing some type of cardio everyday for starters 30 minutes is enough and then do crunches, push ups, and pull ups if you can, as for diet make sure you drink a lot of water cut the chocolate, candy, sugary cereals, etc... in the morning you should try and have maybe porridge as for lunch and dinner anything as long as it has some kind of nutrition in it

P.S you should buy a set of dumbells they are not very expensive and help a lot
