okay i 14 years old i pretty much have the right idea for working out by i have no clue how often i should do it or how many reps and sets i should do
currently i do bicep curls and hammer curls 4 sets of 8 reps for biceps i alternate between these workouts, so if i do bicep curls today the next time i work out i ll do hammer curls. then for triceps i hold one weight over my head and with 2 hand and bring it down and up keeping my elbows next to my head 4sets of 8 reps. after i finish those 2 muscles i do 2 sets of 20 pushups. then i do crunches, bicycle,and reverse crunches 3 sets of 30 rep and alternate with those just like for biceps. finally i do 150 squats and finish my work out, all i need to know is if my workout is good or should i change some stuff about it also how often should i do this workout.
