14 year old kid needs help

im really interested in getting fit, and really want a 6/8 pack and pretty big muscles i exercise a bit already but the results take ages and arent very good. If anyone has any help, tips or exercises i could do( mainly ones to get a good pac) 4 me i would appreciate it.
 
Crunches and weighted crunches.

I know uve got low body fat already so u dont need to lose anymore really.

Just do weighted crunches for an 8 pack and make sure u do them slowly and squeeze ur abs at the top of each rep.
 
14 year old boy still wants a bit more help actually alot

ok so if i want to get a good pac i should do weighted crunces but if theres a layer of fat over it im screwed so what food should i eat. also for breakfast i have nutri grain with banana but my friend says porriage is better if u want a good body even though nutri grain has heaps more protein but has heaps of suger. please help
