14 year old help

hi im james, i was wondering how i could burn my stomach fat and then gain a six pack. i am 8 st (50 lbs) and i need help on what to exercise and what type of food to eat. any hep appreciated =].

I'm going to have to disagree with you there, buddy. If he is looking to burn stomach fat there is not a crunch or sit up or ab workout that is going to help him burn fat.

A combination of Cardio, weight training and eating clean will put you on the right track.
 
sorry i wrote it wrong i meant to say i am 50 kg and by the way i used the fit calculator on this site and it said i am 28% overweight

yeah, i think. well i've been eating healthy food like, salads, fish and chicken, also i have been doing 30 crunches a day, is that ok for me to do?

it is if thats what it takes to make you tired.
When i run i push my bodies limits.
if say i can run for ten minutes at 5.5mph the next time i run i will shoot for ten minutes and 30 seconds at 5.5mph or ten minutes a 6.0mph,
if you don't push yourself,
you won't get better.

and if you truly don't want to get better you won't.
