14 year old girl. need strengthening tips

I am a 14 year old girl who is 5 foot 4 and weighs 109 pounds. I work out at gymnastics for 3 hours a day, 4 days a week and go into a 'real' gym for aprox. 4 hours over the weekend. I jog a mile everyday and stretch for at least 1/2 hour every day. I do sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, toe raises, bicycle crunches and many more excersizes but am looking for an arm strengthening excersize to do at my house. Any suggestions?

Pull ups.

i'd like to but i don't have a bar at my house. I've tried putting a lacrosse stick over my closet doors but that didn't work out too well

Can you not do the pull ups at the "real" gym? may not be as often as you want but its something.

Also, have you tried Iyengar Yoga? it takes alot of skill- gotta get the basics right first but you could encorporate your stretchs into it, then you can practace some of the poses- Iyengar is not so much about fluid movement as getting to the exact pose and holding it for a while- you use your core alot but you also do use your arms alot too. Things like the hand stand, the sun salutations (movement from the downward dog to upward dog) and many others, can really do alot for your arms.

yes, do pullups at the 'real gym' you go to.

or get one of those pullup bars that holds onto the door frame, but doesn't actually have to be mounted.

pullups will build good bicep, shoulder and upper back strength, and would definitely benefit a gymnast (and an 'average joe')

monkey bars at the park are always free
