14 year old body weight workout routines

I want to start working out but without weights. I need a routine that helps me get fit. Please tell me how many sets of each exercise and repetitions.

Hey, well it depends what you want to do. If you want overall fitness, then compound exercises work very well (burpees, squats, pullups, push ups).

Reps can range from 8-12, and 3 to 5 sets, depending on the intensity of the workout.

Once you get more accustomed to the workouts you can shorten your rest period between sets (30sec-1:00 is intense).

Experiment, do what works. Even if you don't see results right away be patient. If you keep at it it will pay off.
