14 Y.O. Nearly 15 Need Help Getting Bigger

Ok so my names nick, I'm nearly 15, I'm about 5' 10" and I'm 126 lbs.

so I've noticed that I'm growing a lot height wise and I'm becoming quite thin for my size, what exercises should I do etc. I'm hoping to improve the strength in my arms and get a 6 pack going :p

once you start to slow down your growth, you will start to fill out. Growth spurts make it very hard for you to maintain the same body shape (which is often good if you were too big to start). I don't recommend to much weight training while still growing. Focus on body weight exercises, such as pushups, planks, etc. Situps are a bit of a waste. You get much better core exercises with planks and medicine ball exercises (such as twists)
 
Whey protein isn't bad at your age, but neither will it be that effective. Again, teenagers don't tend to start putting on significant muscle growth until 16-17 years old. Plus, if you're eating correctly, you should be getting ample amounts of protein already without extra supplementation.

As for making your abs show, there aren't specific exercises to do. It takes regular exercise and proper diet to burn the fat around the abs.
