Ok so my names nick, I'm nearly 15, I'm about 5' 10" and I'm 126 lbs.
so I've noticed that I'm growing a lot height wise and I'm becoming quite thin for my size, what exercises should I do etc. I'm hoping to improve the strength in my arms and get a 6 pack going
