Howdy ho there people!
I'm 14, weight 109 lbs, and my BF is between 4-5% (or so the different formulas said). Recently, I've been starting to work out harder and have been trying to add in exercises to increase my arm strength and to help me get that 6-pack I've always wanted (4-packs are no fun). At the moment I run between 2-3 miles every other day. At my disposal are an Iron Gym Bar and a bench with weights up to somewhere between 110-125 lbs total. I don't have much money so don't suggest getting a gym membership or new equipment unless it is under $30. With that being said, can somebody please help me set up a workout plan? If you can't help me get a workout plan, any advice would be appreciated.
