Hi, I am 14 and my height is 5ft 9.5, so lets say 5.10 and I weigh about 136-140lbs. Today was my last day of school (I live in England). I am back at school on 6th September. Untill then I want to put on a noticable amount of weight, while keeping my fitness level. Which foods should I try to stick too when I eat? My mum cooks healthy meals daily, but I find it hard to put on weight. So should I snack inbetween meals? At the moment I am a fast runner for both long and short distances. I want to develop muscle so that I can sprint faster, and also so that I can get better at contact sports at school. Could somebody suggest what I do? Mainly on the food part.
