13 year old help

I'm almost 13 and I weigh almost 190lbs which believe me is not muscle.I'm starting back to a gym that has equipment designed for young people.But I can't get there regularly because it's 30 minutes away and I have school work etc.I'm going to get Dabce Dance Revolution soon but is there anything else I could possibly be doing.I do not want to hit 200lbs.At least not while I'm the way I am now.
 
You don't need to go to a gym to get fit. There is plenty exercises at home you can do easily without weights. The most basic and most famous one you can do is running. Other ones you can do are: Push ups, crunches, pull ups, lunges, and squats. I'm sure is their is more but I can't think of them right now.
Try and get to your gym as much as you can but if you can't try those home exercises or even pick up a set of dumbells and if you can't do that use household things for weights like fold up chairs, laundry detergent bottles or anything you can think of.

I forgot to mention that I have 2,3 and 5 pound weights an exercise bike,a small trampoline, and an exercise bike.I need to know what to do on the days when I don't go to the gym.
 
im pretty sure a trampolin wont do much for you but the bike is good and how are you going to use two at the same time lol :11doh: why not just run to the gym or walk ? there is exercise in that and 30 mins is doable

Not really.That would probably take like 3 hours,and it's on a highway.So walking there is out of the question
