Hi I am 18 yrs old 5'8'' and around 116lbs. I eat around 1200 calories a day never less never more than 1300. my diet consists of mainly fruits veggies oatmeal chicken and fish. I eat 5,6 small meals a day. I take a multivitamin to make sure I avoid any deficiancies .I walk 5 miles a day and my workouts consist of 45 mins of intense lifting followed by a 20-30 min ab routine. I started my 1200 cal diet to lose bodyfat in order to then get really ripped. I was also quitting cocaine use so I was worried about ggaining lots of weight. My goal is to get ripped, my question is how much should I be eating, working out, specific excercizes etc... any help appreciated thanks.
