My stats:
Male
Age: 21
Height: 6 feet 0 inches
Weight: 160
I just realized that I take in 110g of sugar a day from various sources:
84g - Non fat milk (I use this to liquify my 2 meal shakes, and to liquify my protein shake)
10g - Kashi Flakes cereal
6g - 2 scoops of ON Chocolate Whey Protein
3g - 15 whole grain Kashi crackers
7g - From various other meal sources throughout the day
Some days I don't eat the cereal, so those days would take me to 88g on that day.
I am bulking, I eat one cheat meal a week.
Is this amount of sugar bad, I rely on the milk very dearly. I would like to not rely on it so much, but I need it to make my bulking diet possible for various reasons.
I have gained 20 lbs. on this diet, and have not really seen much fat gain and a considerable amount of muscle gain. I would like to gain another 20 lbs. on this diet and was wondering if that is too much sugar for a bulker.
The sugar does not cause my calories to spike beyond bulking normal, I moderate my calories from 3000-3500 every day, it never goes above that range.
Thankfully I have discovered many new healthy food sources to expand my diets variety, so I am slowly shaping my diet in the best way possible.
But...nevertheless...I would like to know if that is too much sugar so I am wary in the future.
