100th time might be the charm

Hey guys,

I am 20 years old and weigh 90kg. in 2016 I lost 15kg and was down to 71kg and then it slowly grew back up and now I am back where i started. Just looking for some support to stick to my healthy eating. My problem is not exercise, i exercise at least 2 times a day but i just can not stop eating!! If anyone has some suggestions I am open to anything. I know its a slow process but i would have like to have lsot 15kg by my birthday in september!

Anyway, if someone can give me support, ideas and some challenges to do with them I am open to anything!

:)

if you did it before you can do it again. the inability to stop eating can be due to a number of problems. what do you typically eat in a day?

Hi there!
I just (re)joined yesterday myself. ThinHappy asked a great question, what are you typically eating? Are you drinking water? I know that when I drink more water before a meal I feel full faster.

i was thinking about it and sounds like you may have a problem with your appetite hormones, ghrelin, leptin etc. do some research about these hormones and how to make them work for you for weight loss. post any questions and i will try to help.

Hello & welcome!
First of all, congratulations of your efforts! You've been able to lose weight in the past, and I know that's not always easy.

Second, let me ask you a few questions so I can best help you with your weight loss goals:

1. When you say healthy eating, what exactly do you mean? Low carb diet? Low calories? Adkins? Paleo? Just watching what you eat?

2. How long are you exercising everyday? I noticed you said you perform 2 workouts each day. This could actually be part of the cause of your uncontrollable appetite. There is such thing as too much exercise, and it is harmful to weight loss. Basically what happens is that your body starts to burn off muscle as fuel instead of fat, which will leave you with more body fat and prone to injury. I'd like to rule this out as over exercising can be dangerous.

3. When you lost weight in the past, how did you lose the weight? What worked for you?

I look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,
Ericka
