100m Sprint

I can easily hit 10.5s in 100m sprint when I am not training but after a two or three days training my calves start hurting like hell.I cant do it in even 11.5s because of my calves. I play soccer on regular basis and my calves feel okay with that. My P.E teacher advised me to do calf raises that was also of no help.Do you guys know any solutuin to that?
btw is 10.5s okay...??
 
dude not dissing you but if you can run 10.5 easily and your still in high school and your asking if 10.5 is ok?!
Mate your pe teacher should be helping you find an olympic trainer cause I'm pretty sure that's an olympic qualification time!
 
it is very good buti would go easy on the training. i mean im 15 and i had problems w/ my back for a while due to training too hard so there you go !!! :)
 
No it is not OK. You may improve it easily by working more hard. If you are feeling pain in your calves then it is a serious issue. To me when you are running on the track under a trainer then you may try to run faster then usual. Talk to your trainer about this.

Just don't expect quick result. It may bring diminishing affect in your leg.
