My workout at the moment is 100% cardio, I go to the gym and engage in these activies in order
skipping - 20 mins
riding - 10k (intervals, varying speeds/resistances)
running - 2k (max treadmill speed to jog speed, constantly changing heart rate)
swimming - 25 laps of a 50m pool
I feel like the cardio section of my workout is efficient and as such Im pretty happy with my body
I am fairly fit, and eat pretty well
I just have recently decided I want to go the whole nine yards, and push for a more toned overall body
and I am aware that most of you will comment immediately on "DIET"
and dont worry assuming I have this covered
I would like to engage in a full "UPPER" body weights routine, that can be done at the gym, not too time consuming that works most upper body muscle groups
while still keeping time efficient
remember this is for 100% toning, i have no desire to build
