Hey everyone! I've been following the diet of eating 3 portion controlled meals with 2 100 calorie snacks in between.
I'm doing really good, I've lost 11 pounds in 5 weeks. However I was just wondering if anyone had any more ideas of 100 calorie snacks or 300 calorie dinners?
For breakfast I have been doing 1 piece of whole wheat toast with a hardboiled egg and some low fat cheese.
Lunch I will usually do a small grilled piece of chicken and maybe some fruit
Other snacks have been raw nuts or more fruit with a little PB, baby carrots.....
Anyone have any other ideas I can do to get some variety??
