Hello,
I'm now started on the next 1 week challenge. I would like to lose 3lbs this week at least (more if humanly possible) but I will stick to a sensible average of 1500 cals a day. (probably a bit ambitious I know) I do tend to lose (and gain) weight easily but I am hoping for a permanently weight loss of course.

I am 11st 8lbs and hoping to get to 11st 5lbs! If I don't achieve my goal I will carry on anyway with another weeks challenge!

If anyone should care to join me for mutual support and encouragement I would be delighted!
