1 pound a week

I,m a newbee ,just wanted to say hi.
I have been counting calories now for 5 weeks,holding to low fat 1500 cals, been losing 1 lb a week ,and keeping it off.
I started at 203 and am down to 196.5,and not hungry.Good luck to everyone in the fight!!: Welcome any questions or encouragement.
 
Nice job, pianoman6969. Welcome to the forum. Always good to see people getting from where they are to where they want to be. Congrats and keep it up.
 
Goal is to get to 175. Started at 280+ at the beginning of January, weighed in today at 259 even, was surprised as I had been hovering at 261 (give or take a few ounces) for several days.
 
Well done, and thanks for the words of encouragement.

I love hearing about other peoples successes - it means that what I'm trying to do is quite possible, so that I'll get the same result if I stick to my diet!
