I bought some kre-alkalyn powder and the serving size is 1 gram. Yet there is no scooper thing the the bottle... has anyone taken this before? 1 gram = ? 1 teaspoon? table sppon?
 
I've never taken in before, but if you have a digital scale that would tell you. I know 5 grams of creatine monohydrate is a 'heaping' teaspoon...
 
I have some creatine monohydrate pills. 7 of them = 5 grams. So if I break one open and fill it with KA to measure it, 1 1/2 pills should = 1 gram, right?
Not to good at math ;/
 
No because the denisty of KA might differ from the monohydrate... You're kinda stuck, maybe someone else will know, because I'm not to familar with KA
 
i have the pills, and they say 1 pill is 1.5 grams and it is equal to about 7.5 grams of creatine monohydrate.
 
I emailed kre-alkalyn, they say i's about 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon.
Thanks for that link Fil, I been looking for soemthing like that.
