Sport 1 1/4 cup of non fat milk per day bad?

I take in around 1 - 1 1/4 cup of non fat milk around 6-7 days a week.

The nutrition label says there is 12g of sugar in a cup, is it not a good idea to be taking in a cup or so of non fat milk per day?
 
If it fits into your totals, then have it.
 
I drink almsot a gallon of either lowfat or whole milk a day. milk helps gains. i also read about some study that said that whole milk actually doesn't raise your cholesterol as compared to nonfat milk. forgot where i read it though, may not be true.
