wanted to say kudos to everyone for trying to change.second if anyone can answer any workout questions and is patient enough to read all of my questions lol then please dont hesitate im open to all and will answer what u want to know about me.First off i own an xl glider which is like a gazelle,a balance ball a jump rope and tae bo boot camp no billy bands lol and pilates with a resistance band.my question is basically how can i tie all of these things into a daily workout? and for how long do i do it im really excited and i know i can do it i just need some help with how much and how long to do these things
