my name is bobby. i am 19 years old, 6 foot, and weigh around 145-150 pounds. i've been consistently working out for about a year now, and i know that my weight makes me seem very skinny, which i guess i am, but i've come a long way since i started lifting. i've been lurking through these forums for about a month now and finally decided to make an account. everyone always seems very helpful and has a lot of good ideas so i'm excited to get feedback and contribute to this forum!
