So how do I tone my arms without bulking up?

I've tried some net articles about this but I'm getting nowhere.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong or I'm just not following instructions that well. Maybe if I could see how it's done. Any idea how to get workout videos?

What do you mean by tone?

Getting lean is a function of losing body fat while adding or maintaining muscle.

In general, losing body fat and adding muscle are at odds with one another given that (again, in general) the former requires a calorie deficit and the latter a calorie surplus.

It's also important to note that we don't get to pick and choose where fat leaves our bodies - genetics handle that.
 
First of all, you have to create an exercise schedule so that you can make it a part of your daily routine. It really depends on how frequently you want to do your workout routines. You gotta have the discipline to follow through with your plans to achieve your goal.

I find videos from Workouts on Demand suitable for me. You can check it out see if that works for you as well.

And remember if you’re a beginner don’t over exert yourself to prevent injuries. Let your breathing be your guide. If you’re out of breath, you’re over doing it. Results may take a while, but you’re working out not having surgery, okay?
