Hey everyone, new guy to the forums, hoping to find some advice/meet some cool people. I'm 22, male, and I recently moved to Korea (born in the States though).
In terms of my previous fitness, I've been an on-again-off-again casual runner (completed my first marathon about 6 months ago, haven't been seriously training for anything since). I also played Ultimate Frisbee for the last 8 years which has always been my main source of exercise. I have never lifted regularly, although I've tried countless times, and about a year ago I completed the P90X program once. I've never lifted regularly, although I've tried to get into a routine a number of times, with no luck.
Unfortunately, moving to Korea has thrown me off my game, and I got sick for my first month here. Since then, I've been trying to run/bike/jump rope/do a bit of body weight stuff without a lot of luck. I have another 10 or 11 months here and then I'm hoping to do a really long (several months) bike tour across either India or Europe at the end of my contract. In the meantime, I'm hoping to lose a bit of weight (70 in/150 lbs or 177cm/67 kg), stay in general shape, and get in biking shape for some real long distance stuff!
