Wassup. I'm Frologic, I'm 25, 6'5" (no scale, so I don't know my weight yet, but i'm on the skinny side) I'm pretty active. But I'm not seeing the results that I want. So I have come to the source.
I wasn't doing the cardio to match my strength training, b/c i h8 running. But I recently got a mountain bike and i'm loving it. So I fixed that little problem.
My diet's not bad, but cheese is my vice. I mean if I'm being real, I don't drink soda or alcohol . . really I pretty much only drink water. every now and then I'll have a miniature glass of juice.
The only meat I eat is fish, unless some1 else is cooking and I don't want to be impolite. I love veggies and salads. I snack on granola (real stuff not the bars), and fruit. But DAMNIT I LOVE CHEESE!! :drooling1: Help me lol. I needs to get my six pack showing, but this dairy is a trip.
