I'm posting this thread to keep myself mainly motivated and also to receive the occasional good encouragement and advice from the members here
As you may have read, it's called the warrior quest, yeah, may sound totally lame but it's something that's long been on my mind and it's simply my motivation.
I've always been very thin and unmuscular and well, I've tried working out before but this time I didn't give in after the 1st month and my couch made a special training plan which motivated me even more. So I'm starting to educate myself about diet and I also have more discipline and motivation when going to the gym. I hope it will stay this way and that I achieve my goal of looking like 'the warrior'.
I'll post more info about my routine, body and history later.
